Refund Policy

Short version: try Pro, and if it is not for you, ask within 14 days. Last updated 10 September 2026.

First payment

Your first payment for Pro, monthly or yearly, is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. No reason is needed, though we will ask what did not work so we can fix it. Files you downloaded in that time are yours to keep.

Files that will not stitch

If an appliqué file the service generated will not run on your machine, or the cut file does not fit the placement line as predicted, and you tell us within 14 days of downloading it with the file and the machine model, we refund the current billing period whether or not it was your first payment.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the customer portal (Account → Manage billing); access continues to the end of the paid period and there is no partial refund for unused time. A renewal charged after you meant to cancel is refunded if you write within 7 days of the charge.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, and include any tax charged.
